What is your turn around time?
We try to ship within 1-3 days of purchase
Will I have a tracking number?
I ship through USPS which generally takes 3-5 days to deliver in the US. You will receive a tracking number when items have been shipped.
How do I care for my items?
In the description of the product, I add any special instructions that were given from the company the apparel came from.
Do you have a return policy?
We gladly except returns, unless it is a sale item. All sale items are final sale with no returns.
-To qualify for a return, all items must be unworn / unwashed and returned to our office within 14 days of receiving your order.
-All items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Lo&Bam is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees.
- Lo&Bam is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
-Once the item(s) for return is received and reviewed, you will be emailed. We will issue you a refund for the amount of the total purchase in the original payment form.
